Al the above mentioned data processors process and store your data in a protected manner. They can use third party data processors to do so. The 2 organisations are active in advancing the knowledge and insights in maintenance, reliability and asset management for the benefit of society and therefore have an legitimate purpose to inform practitioners that are professionally active in these fields about their initiatives.
Your personal data can also be controlled and processed by other third parties if this is necessary for the purpose for which you gave your consent and provided the personal information. We only use services that process personal data if we have a processing agreement with them, if they are necessary for our services and information provision and if they can guarantee the secure storage of personal data with guarantee for your privacy.
Among other, a third party is engaged for:
- providing IT infrastructure (including accounting software, CRM software …);
- the provision (and distribution) of the contest and related e-mails
Which data is collected?
Only those personal data are collected that are necessary to meet a certain part of our service or to send you information.
That can be:

- professional e-mail address
- job title
No marketing profiles are created based on automatic analytics or cookies placed (see below).
Why are your personal details stored?

- to be able to process your registration for the Maintenance photo contest

Any other personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless you explicitly consented to do so.
We have absolutely no intention to collect data about website visitors who are underage, even if they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we can not check whether a visitor is a minor. Therefore, make sure that you are involved in the online activities of your underage children to prevent their data from being processed by us or our partners.
The computers and internet connections on which your personal data is stored and transported are protected against hacking, installing malware and other improper use. The computers and the network can only be logged in with a username and password.
Anyone who can view or know your personal data on behalf of the data processors mentioned above is bound to confidentiality of that information.
A backup is made of the personal data in order to be able to recover it in the event of physical or technical incidents.
All employees of the data processors mentioned above have been informed about the importance of the protection of personal data and privacy.
